What we're looking for is a 10-Q, not an 8-k. 10-Q is just a quarterly release.

As for the rules around an 8-k, honestly, I'm not sure. They could very well just be in "testing" phase still, and if that's the case, they won't have to mention jack (as probably there's an NDA).

Remember - beta testing "commencing" by 3-31. Who knows how long it'll be - hopefully we get a nugget. What we'll definitely expect to see is any hiring.
