From an auditors perspective.... Im not surprised that the 10Q is coming out late.

The 10K contained a lot of legal issues, convertible notes and so on. It takes time for the auditor to obtain all of this information from the respective parties. Also you have to remember, that's ONE year worth of information and they barely just issued it out a few days ago.

The 10Q on average usually takes a 2 weeks to 1 month for an auditor to complete and issue out the report (depending on the size of the company) But with a quarterly report usually confirmations and testing for audit samples are not required as these take plenty of time.

Anyway lets all be patient and not overreact because selling at this price would not be a wise decision.
