APT management really screwed everyone over. Sorry to admit I'm a bagholder at .012 average and I honestly doubt this will ever see that level again. APT is a farce just like 99% of OTC's. Their "legacy" shareholders will make more diluting their shares than they ever would working for the company and it's obvious that was the intent from the beginning.
