This IMO is the best post I've read on this board in some time. There is no way in hell that only one person would receive their certs in the mail and the rest of us have not over a period of five mailing days.

The Scottrade shared marked ENTB9 are real. I see them like everyone else that uses Scottrade. I have X/175 shares (where X = # of PVEC shares). Are they going to be redeemable for .20/share in the future? I give it a 50% chance at this point and that percentage is going down like the pps of this company.

Why have we not heard anything in months from the CEO? How could he be non-existent with what is going on. The CEO, the individual that runs the company whose job it is to address us the shareholders (owners) of the company. There's a definite lack of leadership here and that should be apparent wit the abrupt resignation of Kerry and I after reading Jason's last post I get the strong sense that there are some serious management issues between him and Peter too.

I am not bashing here, I'm invested here and of course I want to profit too, that's why all us longs are here. I am deeply concerned however with what is transpiring with this company and do not feel good about investing here. I believe I may have been lied to about these certs actually having a redeemable value of 20 cents each.
