I would say you are spot on with your comment on something is down there worth the effort, or OMEX would be gone. OMEX shows a few frames of more stuff down there and has got back more coins and bars, etc.; we should see more upward price movement. OMEX must be holding back on PRs until they have done most of the recovery work?
Might be done in less than six months on the salvage, and have moved on to next project recovery. It will take the courts, months to make a decision for treasure release. No one in government knows how to handle all this, as rarely happens. Everyone in bureaucracy must be careful, so they do not do a mistake and look foolish.
