They have already pre sold one of their products. And on what basis do you think this wont get approved. unless you have regulatory documentation cited, which shows where this cannot be approved. its only an opinion and not a researched comment. With the nature of my profession i deal with regulatory approval every year. it takes time for approval. its not a fly by night kind of thing. the company and the regulators usually go back and forth until they are fully satisfied with their inquiries.
