The Depositary has fixed (i) 12:00 pm (New York Time) on June 11, 2014, or (2) no later than forty-eight (48) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)before the time of any adjourned Special Shareholders’ Meeting, in the event the Special Shareholders’ Meeting is to be held on second call, as the time by which written voting instructions must be received from holders of Global Depositary Shares.
