Your spot on, so far they have acted just like your typical pos penny stock. I know it will be viewed as bashing but please show me where im wrong? Lots of big talk and hype followed by not coming through? So far Check. Dilution out of nowhere? Check. That shareholder letter should have had something in it about fixing SS even if just to say they were working on it, yet it didnt, to me this is very concerning because they arent idiots, if they were interested in working on the share price they know the simple steps to take to do it, but that would mean taking away some of their ability to line their own pockets down the road with dilution. Some here are praising them for them hinting that their numbers arent as good as they were touting originally to ease the blow when the financials come out? What difference does that make...its yet another blow that we werent counting on whether it comes now or a little later. You can do all the due diligence you want on this company and for the most part they look solid, however they have already done a couple of underhanded things to dramatically undervalue their stock and it doesnt appear they are all that concerned. I dont mind them letting us pay off some of their debt, even the way they went about it...fine, whatever. I do feel a bit screwed in the fact that from everything I see in front of me they dont have any plans on doing anything but using us shareholders as ATM machines now or in the future or they would fix or hint at fixing that damned share structure. In the short stretch of a month this went from being the perfect stock....to oh well temporary setback because of the horrible iron deal dilution but its all good because they are going to pr a shareholder letter that will reduce SS and the financials are going to blow the roof off....to well doesnt look like any SS reduction and now earnings arent even going to be half as good as expected..but but but in a year or so when things get up and running it will be great!!! Sounds a lot like the crap I was hearing during this fall from .025.....oh dont worry this thing isnt going below .02, no way........dont fear guys .015 is a steal, buy up, no way it stays down this low.........013 new solid base guys, lows are in........this isnt going below a penny guys, just isnt happening.......good solid base now at .008 folks, only up from here!.......finally got our base at .005!! Sorry I know im ranting and id love to be wrong as far in the red as I am on this one but im not seeing a lot of reasons to be overly optimistic anymore.
