I have opened a complaint with the SEC. THEY WILL let me know if this is a scam, got all the filling records and addresses of the only person of record for this Co the SEC said they will launch and investigation and give me their findings. For future info all stock you purchase that have a feeling of scandals you need to contact the SEC ASAP.
