This is IMO a dangerous play - the bank is beyond corrupt in a corrupt country.

I believe it was ready recently haunted and then restarted.

I just don't see upside to it outside of swing playing with a tight trigger finger if the trader is daring enough.

I used to play it like a fiddle but that was before the R/S and corruption leaks
