There is a reason Addams was cool with 70mill equity.



Well, recent current events show that at the time his involvement with the co. his investment position was ~61% ownership of WGAS

Right now, it is <7%

Any R/S will proportially adjust ownership, so that is a no go for Adams.

Something is definitely not kosher about how things played out past couple of months.
