Thanks for clarifying that, Rule. That was my original thought when the secondary was announced. So now everyone can ignore much of what I said in my earlier posts today.

Here's another thought for Neil: Use some of that cash hoard you have now to start buying back shares. You would demonstrate that you truly believe the stock is undervalued here. Also makes a great deal for the stockholders when the company sells shares at $16, and then turns around and buys them back at $11-12 a short time later. That would put a floor under the stock price here.
