Because the $25,000 debt was satisfied (shares issued) after the reverse split and not before it, I suspect that the original debt was assumed or purchased by a third party... Someone in the know...

That's the only thing that makes any sense to me. I'm sure that we will never find out who owned the 25,000,000 shares.
