Let's take this slow.

There are no zoning issues in regards to Building 1.
Zoning issues are in reference to their other expansion
efforts.

Their 27,000 square foot building #1 is ready for the Pre-License
inspection.

On April 22, 2014 they notified Health Canada that
our facility would be ready for the Pre-License Inspection.
On April 29, 2014, they notified Health Canada that
stage one of the facility was completed and is now
ready for the pre-license inspection.

As the company waits for the pre-license inspection,
it will continue the build-out of the 53,000 square
foot facility.
