Army Corp of Engineers did a great job until the "GANGSTERS" mobbed Washington D.C. with a monster called the EPA. All the EPA really is is a mob of the likes of A. Capone from Chicago. The present IRS wont do any accounting into the "epa" financials, as the "epa" isnt supposed to have one, just an opperating budget. So where did the extortion funds goto? Some MOB in CHICO perhaps! Hitler and the Storm Troopers pooped into Berlin in the same faschion, both agencies worked repetitively to DESTROY their "HOST", their countries, Germany and the United States. Many fine people work in/for the "epa", IMO they are blinded to the desperage which is caused by the EVIL of that agency. We have all bought into a big HOAX here, namely the "epa". Just abolish them and put the stollen agiencies back into their proper office of representation and lets get on with Building AMERICA, not just CHICAGO!
