Collusive shorting, be it naked or be it via hegde funds borrowing from their bodies at the goldman "sucks" EXISTS and that is what VRNG is faced with. Vrng's management can man up about this and try to find out who is doing and why and not rely on the stupid and worthless SEC. Once they find out, they can bypass the bloody SEC and go to the law to stop it, but they just lie around like a wounded animal with goog about to finish them off. Goog knows that by shorting vrng into the abyss, they will starve it off by killing all means of raising capital. In the end, goog THINKS VRNG will just go away. That won't happen. In the meantime, this president will be out of the office and goog will then pay up. Goog is using this president and his administration to shit on the whole legal system, imo. What a pity and how I keep on regretting ever voting for this man, imo.
