The following is per Mr. Parkin. The Top-Audit NY office contacted him regarding this Russian gold play. (This sentence per me, some here, in frustration, speak disrespectfully of him but Top-Audit holds him in high esteem). Hence, they are working with multiple Top-Audit locations, NY and Moscow. Why the referral from Top-Audit? He has taken other companies public in the past. If Top-Audit has other private firms as clientele that want to go public, to whom do they turn? He has created an element of competency and trust with his Accountant. We could be aligned with a bigger player than we recognize.

Is he understaffed? Yes. Underfunded? Probably since he and a partner are footing part of the bill. I personally will give him some latitude and time to create this company. Could I be wrong? Absolutely, but I sure like the odds.
