Dane and Umbra, my read is that Umbra is saying that when news gets out on how much oil is in block 2 and Sinopec is the operator, Congress and others will be asking how come the operator is China or Sinopec. Why isn't it Exxon or Chevron or the US?

It will get the publcity that occured when the other Chinese major almost bought "Unical".

And when all the publicity hits the fan, the partner of Sinopec in Block 2 will of course be ERHC.

And then the whole planet will know about ERHC and the JDZ, etc.

And I'll be saying, "Yes, I know it's on the cover of TIME magazine, but when is ERHC going to issue their press release on Block 2?'
