Storm,as Lincoln said it is unaudited so we do not know if it is the truth.I would not be to exited as they have not extended the moratorium on a/s and this looks as their pattern for selling shares.They do not keep promises rularly as Non delutive funding after the holidays,Blink app first quarter and Appflix should have been out in 2010 and I doubt that they could release it this year when they almost missed extension of the trademark.No any real company behave this way.We shall see!!If they increase a/s and start deluting the stock, we can say that MRNJ is The Pink sheet scam and you can not change anything on it.
