My opinion:

Dear Sir,

TRTC's headquarter is in California, this makes it IMMPOSIBLE

for TRTC to get a mj license to grow/to open a mj dispensary
in Nevada. (Rule: You must live in Nevada in order to get a marijuana license. The same rule that Colorado has).

So, TRTC will get a "NO" (No mj licenses).

Without licenses, Is TRTC a sell ?
