Meet:
Lee, Kun-hee of Samsung Group
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_Kun-hee

He was excused from mandatory military draft due to mental illness in his twenties.
He was accused of multiple tax fraud incidents, money laundering, affairs with female celebrities, violence against his employee union, etc.

He became the CEO of Samsung only because his father appointed him. This womanizing fraudulent spoiled son, right? And he ran the company for the past, what.. , 20 years? Oh my god, he can't even do ice sculpting. He's good for nothing. How is he qualified to run a company like Samsung? SCAM!!

Oh yeah, Samsung is not a scam because they are not a form 15 filing scam company. Right.. Samsung started as a 40-employee trading company in some rural Korean town.

Everybody has problems and maybe embarrassing past. Almost every company starts out small. What's important is the potential.
It is absurd to:
Call Jeff Foley nothing but an ice sculptor.
Call David Foley is a fraudster and always will be.
Call NTEK a scam because right now it is a form-15 filing company.
Call NP-1 non-existent because it is not out yet.

Microsoft started out in a garage.
Facebook started out in a dorm room.
Netflix was created out of the anger of an angry customer.
Who knows what NTEK Team is capable of?
They have been called scam for the past year and a half. How many pump and dump have you seen that keeps its PPS up, pays out dividends, hold shareholder meetings, and has multiple office locations? Hell, dividend was supposed to be a big carrot on a stick until it was actually paid out to shareholders. I got mine.

I have seen the NP-1 with my own eyes, and held it in my hand. It is not a prop, but it was actual NP-1 units in the hands of its partner.

In short, your reason behind calling NTEK a scam is minimal.

NTEK to $$$$$$$$
