I would be curious to know this as well. However, my personal opinion is that those paid in stocks have enough finances elsewhere to pay for the normal life things. The stock is incentive and essentially a bonus of sorts. That's not to say someone won't exercise their right to sell, but I don't think dilution here is an issue short-term. In fact, I think a buy-back sounds very real when they land these big contracts. But that is definitely a question worth asking. I'll ping Marty and see what info she will give, unless you want to?
