Commander Capital I was told is an offshore holding company of Cornells, Since they are being Investigated by the SEC, it appears they tried to be sneaky and cut a deal with Michelex with one of their offshore companies, well it didn't work and Tom G. found someone else, I don't know who the Lender is but I know there are "NO SHARES INVOLVED" For this persons Cash hes lending, sounds like he will have aLien on certain Property of Michelex, thats why the deal has to happen after the Wells Fargo settlement is signed. Thats my understanding of it. They are not Dumping new shares, think that if you want, but it's not happening. Call yourself.
