No, it's trading where it's at because most of the diluted shares were sold well under a penny. I am guessing between 200 - 300 million shares were dumped into the market. Dilution makes a limitless supply of shares...it's why the price is where it's at now. Had the OS stayed around 300 million and the volume increased to where it is now we may have hit .03.
