The price is too low for the company

who is about to uplist and and have audited fins coming out. Something fishy here.

No conspiracy. There's no evidence of any "about to come out" per up listing. Where's the S1? Nothing is happening. Exactly how complicated would it have been to produce "audited fins" in Dec 2012?

More likely what is happening are flip traders searching one of more active IHUB forums for you know what, a couple of months ago, arrive here with the PPS at 008-012 based on rumors. The PPS first stalled, and then started down. Now they are dribbling out, finding other microcap stocks. Possibly paid promos, with plenty of em out there. Why stay 19 more days waiting for nothing to happen? When there are other stocks out there to trade? Nothing fishy, just the usual microcap trading.
