Thanks Mkusiak! I appreciate it a lot. Etrade told me the same thing when I spoke with them yesterday.. they could verify that there should be a 1 for 175 distribution, and that my account should qualify, but that they were not able to add anything yet for some reason, and that I should be hearing from their Corporate Actions team with more details.
