During the year the Corporation sold to Ellipsis Neurotherapeutics Inc.("Neuro")
pursuant to Section 85 of the Income Tax Act, its interest in intellectual
property related to technology for the treatment, prevention or reversal of
Alzheimer's Disease

This is from a DNAG SEC filing and DNAG is "the Corporation." The sale was made during 2004. Ellipsis Bio doesn't have anything to do with this. Dnag acquired shares of Ellipsis Neuro in 2004, now Transition bought those shares from us so we now own shares in Transition. End of story. Ellipsis Bio has nothing to do with it.
