Because someone ordered to sell their shares first at a lower price than you are asking. So MM is adjusting accordingly trying to get best price. Keep lowering your price. You can beat them out eventually. LoL

Not worried here. This is in-between MM games while we wait for news. I am only worried about my sell price, when that happens
