Parkin's indifference to the NSS problem is puzzling. The fact is that we have no idea how many counterfeit shares are out there. We only know that for the second time the PPS has drifted downwards, apparently for no good reason. The only way to counteract this problem may be some sort of merger or takeover of the company.
