Also of note:
IF THEY WERE SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT REPORTING THEN THEY WOULD SIMPLY DO IT AND MOVE TO THE OTCBB, SINCE THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO AND INSTEAD RELEASED A PR ABOUT IT, THEY ARE THE SCUM OF THE UNIVERSE IMHO.

Also, since I know someone who's working on the toxic financing scam with Tom is reading these boards (after all, why release a PR that says "won't be toxic" when *I* am the only one saying you are) please post a public reply explaining how, according to the SEC filing, this is not toxic financing:
