Rain is replaced by a continuous spray of water at the top. The water partially evaporates and cools the air from dry bulb temperature to close to its “wet bulb” temperature. The cooled air is denser. As an example, air cooled by 12 degrees centigrade is approximately 4% heavier than the ambientair (a pressure difference of some 480 Pascal in a 1200 m high cooling tower). The heavier air then falls down and comes out at the bottom. More dry and warm air is sucked in from the topand the process continues endlessly.

1312ft X 3.14=4119 ft that requires a constant spray for cooling the air

Water is the biggest issue with this tower besides build cost/weather/maintenance/money to build-n pay back loan(s)/
