Patience would probably have a better chance of paying off if there were rumors or hopes of big news. Fact of the matter is that their work/contracts yield little to no revenue and the PR's they have been putting out are just the same old-same old.

Tell me WHY patience will pay off because I dont see anything positive coming in the next few months, except maybe a PR saying they get to build another microwave tower.

They are doing an R/S because they are broke. As soon as it goes through, they are going to dilute to death again because they need money. Why else would they do an R/S but keep 7,000,000,000 O/S?
