No, because if the shares are free to trade, most will sell and push the price down. Bill and Steven and other cohorts will have to sell the shares they diluted at a cheaper price. Your stuck with a worthless stock. Just a question..Why Why Why would you or anyone buy an OTC stock with restricted shares?
