With the further retirement of debt by repurchasing of debentures share restructure could be enacted to so as to maintain the present amount of shares up until and even after settlement. Just saying it could be done sending the SP to over $6 a share. Even just a mention of the estimated true value of the Patents in the Q or a news release would also have dramatic affect on share price upon completion share converting. JACKRABBIT
