"Not met as planned" may not be what we think...

They had very high expectations for 2013 for the
$20M-$30M mark in Revenues. Debt however was choking
them at every turn...

Even if they expected $20M-$30M, and only did $15M...

That's still quite a nice year...

And we are still worth much more than .0063...
