Taking a new investor doesn't makes you Cash Flow Positive.
PVSP tried that with G3 Connect: it didn't work.

Becoming Cash Flow Positive (breaking even) doesn't stop the dilution either. All the CDs you've borrowed will still convert. There's a wide margin between no longer losing money and having extra cash to repay your debts.
