Name change is requested by the Company and processed by Finra. Questions are directed to the Company and they have to re-direct them, imo.
If there is something needed from the TA the Company will have to contact them to get the answers/Docs or whatever Finra is asking for.

Somewhere was mentioned that they are trying to use the TA to handle the name change, something that can't be done by the TA per the Details.
