I'm not insinuating any negativity and hoping the exchange will be 1 for 1. That would be great. I believe it is inevitable that pps will rise significantly once we get closer to the merger and especially once details are released.

I have a stake in this as much as others. I continue to accumulate at these low cost shares. GLTA!
