No kidding! You are implying that just because shares are coming off restriction means they are being traded. Lots of us here have large amounts of unrestricted shares, considered part of the float, it doesn't mean we have sold any of them! The company isn't printing new shares and dumping them into the market. Read the filings and you can see where and when outstanding shares become unrestricted. Not some mass conspiracy as you imply.
