Excellent post Shish - you make a lot of sense for accepting the past and looking forward. We can all bleat about what has been happening on an individual point by point basis but I see a bigger picture: the balance sheet is being cleaned up, it's not clean but what does it say when the people that you owe money to are quite happy to take shares (rather than demand foreclosure on the debt).

There are multiple opportunities coming to our attention - the clinics in the US may not be as good as first hoped, but there's Thailand, Australia etc, plus all of the collaborations being made on the sports medicine, cardiac, cosmetic, neurological fronts plus all of the others.

The first outstanding document has been filed, I bet the Q1 report isn't far behind.

I wonder what's driving this - I have a problem understanding why the company would release such an open, honest, and perhaps bleak appraisal of the situation unless something was driving it and I can only think that someone is forcing their hand and I would not be surprised if it was a potential buyer.

Also remember that an investor doesn't want to pay top dollar for their shares so it's in their interest to invest early before the PPS rises as it gives them more bargaining power and ultimately more shares per dollar which equals more profit when it does eventually fly.

If I was on the BOD of Roche/Merck or any of the other big pharmas, I would be feeling uneasy at the potential of the SVFC patented technology (we know it's coming, we just don't know when, but there should be something before the end of 2014) and I would want to secure the rights to this technology once the parent company had cleaned up it's books which is exactly what is happening at the moment.

Yes, I agree the 'doc' may have skeletons in his closet, don't we all but he's also do vey well out of this this when things change; I agree that we need an experienced CEO and CFO who are capable of lifting this company to the big league.

I'm only holding 1.5M shares but I do believe that this is a real paradigm shift in how things are done - stem cell treatment isn't new but the ability to produce more stem cells, quicker and much cheaper is what makes this such an exciting prospect.

I'm in this for the long haul, let's have patience and let the BOD do their magic....
