La Quebrada open pit 6% copper project in Chile for sale

They raised the $50M debt to ensure that Challacollo is fully funded so as quick as they can do the feasibility study they can build it (new acquisition).

Silver Standard is a shareholder purely to ensure their funds received from Challocollo are maximuized. No other reason.

10:30 must listen for long term shareholders (I will review later) new slide that compares Challacollo funding needs to operational cash flow and communicates why gap was filled with recent debt raise.
