Where this goes is still questionable and I believe that's what is holding it back. An LOI means nothing although this is the most legitimate LOI I've seen in penny land. Once we get closer to the acquisition we may move up. Ultimately it's a reverse merger in order for a privately owned company to cut all the red tape and become publicly traded. Which is a good sign and a good move for a company wanting to break into the MJ market as time is of the essence. The big question is the new share structure. Either way I believe that we will make money on this in the end.
