Oh we're smart enough to buy, but why buy right here and now if the bulls and bears are stuck in a standoff like this? The only thing this lack of volume hurts are impatient traders, and I don't mean that as a knock against you.

Low volume consolidation like this is often the precursor to a sharp move in price, but there's no guaranty when or which direction it'll move, so right now it's a waiting game. I still have plans to add more shares but by waiting this out I can either get cheaper shares if it tests lower again or I can wait til it starts to move up and pay a little more but avoid tying up more money into this (by buying now and risking it staying dormant for a long time). So instead of buying here at .018 I may pay .02-.022, not a huge deal considering the potential value as you mentioned.

So that's my excuse and I'm sure there are others in the same camp. We like these prices but that doesn't mean it doesn't make sense to wait for a more opportune time to add, whether that's higher or lower from this point.
