I have no idea, I can tell you on days I was buying I would buy the ask and instead of it going up the next shares available would be at a lower price, I would buy the ask again and again they would lower the ask. In my opinion market makers are the only ones who can afford to short penny stocks and have the means to walk a stock down to nothing if they want, their programs do it all with out the human factor involved until buying presure reverses them. Just my opinion
