OK, I was off a few months.

We do have a Final Note due in December, 2015 correct?

Is there a plan or Agreement in place to retain rights

if this Note is not paid in full as is currently agreed?

That was my question; time passes very quickly and the

pressure will really be on if they don't mine soon,

and come up with noteworthy results soon.
