I'm open to hearing the facts about UTRM being a SCAM...please provide findings to support what some might consider to be slander with such a definitive statement:

UTRM is a SCAM.

From what I've seen up to this point:
- PotNetwork.tv DOES exist as evidenced through the website that is up and running (not to its full potential and not a finished product by any means but it is still there)
- we've received multiple updates from the CEO indicating that he is working on advancing the company (and yes deadlines may have been missed or miscommunicated but every business has growing pains)
- we've even seen the CEO in an interview (that's something that many will admit is a rarity within the OTC)
- we've seen him reduce the O/S by 3 billion as per the 2013 Annual Report filed on April 1, 2014 (filings exist which show this if a person reads beyond the cover page)
- upcoming re-launch is to take effect on the projected date of the 20th of May (is this yet another sign of progress and growth??? OMG...no way)
- the website is ranked in the top 100,000 visited US sites on Alexa.com (if i'm not mistaken exposure and rankings help increase website and advertising value)
- how many other OTC stocks do you own where you can see the progress or failure of your investment so openly?

Please provide proof that this is a scam...keep in mind that Potnetwork.tv is in it's infancy and is growing so to state that delays and growing pains of a company makes it a scam will not suffice especially if you have had any business experience.


Keep up with your DD folks....know what you own and you can put your worries aside! Without performing your DD, you may be at the mercy of the world of message boards!
