Any Idea How Perry

can pay the bills at this price? Wondering just what kind of

dilution this is going to continue to have on this stock, and

what that is going to mean to Investors holding shares.

The Note on the Ruby is due the middle of next year; does

anyone know if there is a plan in place to refinance, and

if so how will that be possible? It looks to me that they

are going to need to mine this year, and find gold, or this

may not end well at all. Next year is not very far away, and

there will be no mining this winter. Not long to get the gold.
