As to effects of Splits/Inflation on producing my off top-of-head,
I approached it by having possible 100% range for each numbered prob.
I used no mathematical formula component plug-ins, I just shot-from-the-hip. I suppose I could of flipped a coin on each Prob. (Yes-or No)? I think I shall and see which is more accurate . . . me
guessing or The Force of random motion. The coin flip is 0% or 100%. One might say my guesses are fuzzy logical? <:)
Wouldn't it be interesting to assign 0%-50% to one coin side . . . and 51-100% to the other coin side . . . and extend the equation (attach into), a real basic prob. formula? Oh . . . oh . . .here comes the professor with his rule.
I expect nothing from ATIG . . . therefore anything will be grand.

ATIG should early on have moved to an off-shore corporate domain, and have used their money to launch a gambling computer into orbit, launcher piggy-backing. The first casino wireless gambling site from space. I suppose George would have ordered it shot-down, to save America from addiction? Might makes right, in space law? But imagine the PR effect on ATIG stock in its early days.
