Well...





Lets say "Encounter" runs to .005 that = $5 in a 1:1000 R/S...imo

F/S those 10 million CWIR Preferred 5:1...imo

That = 50 Million Preferred shares at a New PAR value of $1...imo

Anyone know were I can buy CWIR preferred shares ??

Only 500 million common shares from what I have read PAR value of .01...
