Buying shares back?!?!?!----ROFLMMFAO. Gawd,have you checked the LEGAL web site for this FRAUD in Wyoming?? It's been showing 12 BILLION shares as the AS for a month or two.

Not only have they NOT bought any shares back they've DILUTED this SHAM with an additional 6 BILLION shares since last year.

And NO they have no $5M line of credit--another BS LIE. He$$ they couldn't even afford to pay 2 guys for 3 days at the MJ convention in Denver so Luxuriant was a NO SHOW in a sector they claim is HOT and their going to make all kinds of profit in----pffftttt. These clowns have $72.00 in the bank and maybe that's gone by now.
